Ercan focuses on strategic, business-driven digital transformation and building upon strong technology brand, leading to a diversified, business-critical client portfolio across finance, retail, telecom, media/publishing, holdings and the public sector. He has more than 25 years of ICT experience, and he worked for Turkcell Superonline, Reuters, HP & Thoughtworks for years at senior positions. Furthermore, he is a co-founder of BSN Turkey & Chainerist.

He is one of the top-talents of the Java community and also the founder of SahaBT, Testinium & Chainerist. In his career, he worked as a consultant and trainer for more than 15 years. His passion for excellence brought top talents of ICT industry to grow and serve for the better future together.

He is a well-qualified engineer in software development principles with adequate skills and he has experience in telecommunications, finance, foreign trade, API ecosystems and R&D. His skillset contains various technologies like Java, Spring, Quarkus, Hyperledger, Solidity and almost all SQL and NoSQL databases. He has worked in development and management positions in Turkcell, Turk Telekom, Anadolu Efes, i2i Systems, Vakıfbank and ATEZ R&D. He is co-founder of Chainerist.

He is the youngest board member and co- founder of Testinium & Chainerist. His friendly and collaborative personality helps us stay a developer-friendly company. Moreover, his boundless experience in various business domains helps sustain the cross-disciplinary culture of our company.
